Lorene Edwards-Forkner is the author of Hortus Miscellaneous, an entertaining and educational book chock-full of fascinating

Lorene lives in Seattle, and was the proprietress
of Fremont Gardens--a great little neighborhood nursery--in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. She closed her nursery in October
2007 to pursue a career in writing and leading garden tours.
She
is a regular contributor to Northwest Garden News.
